About Us

Executive chef and owner Giovanni Matteo Mancini blend old-world Italian cuisine and old-fashioned methods to create dynamic dishes you will not find anywhere else. Trained by his great-great-grandmother before attending culinary school in the U.S., Giovanni draws on years of experience to bring out the essence of traditional old-fashioned Italian cuisine while creating scrumptious new dishes for every palate. Each dish is made to order, satisfying customers’ cravings and dietary needs. Giovanni goes above and beyond to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions while providing fresh, delectable dishes for every palate.
